GTE Department Director

The GTE Department Director leads the implementation of United Rafting’s training, education and certification systems for river guides and other river professionals.

Appointed by the General Board in accordance with the Statutes, the Director coordinates the Department’s activities and the work of its Technical Commissions, working closely with the GTE Commission and the Secretary General.

The Director operates under the authority of the General Board, ensuring that approved standards are translated into training programmes and certification procedures.
