How to renew your United Rafting GTE certificate
All United Rafting GTE certificates expire three (3) years after the date of issue.
To renew your certificate, you must meet the renewal requirements set out in the GTE Award System, provide supporting evidence and pay the applicable renewal fee(s).
Renewal process
Keep your email address up to date with GTE Administration so that you can receive your renewal reminder. You can submit your documentation by replying directly to the reminder email.
To renew your certificate, please provide:
Evidence of at least 10 trips
Trips must have been completed within the last three years at the level of your award, supported by a letter from a company you work for or entries from your logbook.
Current first aid certificate
A copy of your current first aid certificate, issued within the last three years.
Digital photograph
A clear digital photograph showing your face and shoulders.
Date of birth
Confirmation of your date of birth.
You must also pay the applicable renewal fee(s).
Your renewed certificate
Once your documentation has been reviewed and your payment confirmed, you will receive your renewed certificate and card in printable PDF format.
