Adventure tourism in Nepal.

He has been active in Nepal’s adventure tourism sector since 1986 through Holiday Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd., organising rafting, trekking and mountaineering expeditions across the Himalayas and developing extensive practical experience in river operations and outdoor activities.

River sports administration.

Alongside his professional activity, Sudip has held senior roles in the governance of river sports at both national and international level. For the past seven years, he has served as General Secretary of the Nepal Rafting and Canoeing Association (NRCA), the national governing body responsible for rafting, kayaking and canoeing in Nepal. He has also served for four years on the Board of Directors of the World Rafting Federation (WRF).

His experience combines operational knowledge of rivers with long-standing involvement in sports administration, safety, river conservation and the development of rafting at national and international level.
