Thursday’s RX qualification saw teams fighting for the top times to secure the best starting lines, where every stroke counted for an edge. Brazil dominated this year, showing unmatched power and strategy across categories.

In the Men’s RX final, the professional fire fighters team of Brazil 2 (Rafael Ribeiro, Fábio Ramos Lourenção, Morilo Torres, Joao luiz Rodrigues Junior, Leandro Cavalcante) took home the gold after a thrilling showdown against Costa Rica, with Argentina 1 clinching the bronze medal.

In Women’s, Argentina 1 (Laura Lucero, Cris Lena Anello, Agua Lleiva, Denis Martinez, Pascua Pithod) claimed victory winning the final, followed by Costa Rica and another strong team from Argentina who won the final B

Para-Rafting was another Brazilian triumph, with Brazil 1 (Ariel Ton, Paulo Righeto Scantimburgo, Thiago Diniz Barne Ganeo, Rafael Mahn Iori, Francisco Kess) taking first, followed by Chile 1 and Colombia 1.

In the Mix category, Brazil 1 (Natalia Dos Santos, Angelo Degrandi, Amanda Nicoleti, Lucas Da Silva, Caroline de Souza) swept to gold again, with Argentina 1 and Argentina 2 closing the podium.
